Returns policy

14-day return period

Under EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU, you may return your order within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason.

Exceptions

For hygiene and health protection reasons, sealed medical supplies that have been opened cannot be returned (Article 16(e) of the Directive). This applies to syringes, needles, and bacteriostatic water whose sterile packaging has been broken.

Unopened, sealed products in their original packaging can be returned for a full refund.

How to return

Email hello@injectkit.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide a return address and instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned items, using the same payment method as the original purchase.

Defective products

If you receive a defective or damaged product, contact us immediately at hello@injectkit.com. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund including shipping costs.
