1. General

These terms govern all purchases made through injectkit.com, operated by meeco Servicios Globales S.L. (hereinafter "InjectKit"). By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Products

InjectKit sells CE-marked medical consumables including but not limited to: syringes, needles, bacteriostatic water, alcohol prep pads, and sharps disposal containers. All products are sourced from certified EU manufacturers and comply with EU Regulation 2017/745 (MDR).

InjectKit does not sell medications, pharmaceuticals, or any substance intended for therapeutic use. Products are sold for use as indicated in their respective instructions for use (IFU).

3. Orders & pricing

All prices are displayed in Euros (€) and include applicable VAT. Prices may change without notice but changes will not affect orders already confirmed. An order is confirmed once payment is successfully processed and you receive a confirmation email.

4. Shipping

We ship to all EU member states. Orders are dispatched within 24 hours on business days. Standard delivery takes 2-5 business days. Shipping is free on orders over €50. See our shipping policy for details.

5. Right of withdrawal

Under EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason. However, for hygiene and health protection reasons, this right does not apply to sealed medical supplies that have been opened after delivery (Article 16(e)).

To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us at hello@injectkit.com with your order number. Unopened products in their original sealed packaging can be returned for a full refund.

6. Age restriction

You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase from InjectKit. By placing an order, you confirm that you are 18 years or older.

7. Liability

InjectKit distributes CE-marked medical devices manufactured by third parties. We are not the manufacturer and accept no liability for manufacturing defects. In such cases, claims should be directed to the product manufacturer as identified on the product labelling. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the products ordered.

8. Dispute resolution

For any complaints, contact hello@injectkit.com. We aim to resolve all issues within 15 business days. If we cannot reach a resolution, you may use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/odr.

9. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Spanish law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country in which you reside.
